Music Poolside -  Ray & Friends Music & Joe 'The Hot Dog Guy - CSTC Social Committee Sponsored Even

The CSTC Board and Social Committee invites all CSTC members and family to Ray & Friends Music & Joe, The Hot Dog Guy on the new date and time - SUNDAY AUGUST 21 AT 4:30 PM. Bring your chairs and blankets to our Pool green area for a wonderful afternoon of great music and fun. Cross fingers for better weather this time!
Hot Dogs will be sold for $4.  Your CSTC Wristband will get you a soft drink and chips with your hot dog purchase.

Movie Night FLICKS OUT FRONT - Chambord Social Committee - My Cousin Vinny
Thursday, August 25th, 2022, 7:30pm at Driveway - 19W052 Avenue Normandy South
The Board of The Chambord Property Owners Association is excited to announce a fun new event to add to our social calendar.
 
“Flicks Out Front”  is an outdoor movie series we hope to expand upon in the future.  The inaugural event will be held on Thursday, August 25th and will be held in the driveways of 19w048/19w052 Ave Normandy South. 
 
Our movie will be My Cousin Vinny—starring Joe Pesci, Ralph Macchio, Oscar winner Marisa Tomei, and Fred Gwynn (in his final film appearance). 
 
With sundown at 7:37, we expect the movie to start around 8pm.  Feel free to come set up and mix with neighbors any time after 7:30. Please bring lawn chairs and your favorite beverages—the popcorn and candy is on us!
 
Bikes and Barkers Parade & Visit with York Center Fire department & Police officer from the DuPage County Sheriff’s department. CSTC
Saturday, August 27th, 2022, 3pm to 5pm at Assemble on the grassy area next to the pool (the playground)and stroll down and around a few streets
Calling all CSTC kids, adult members of all ages and their grandkids, with wheels! ( non- motorized only).  Attention all CSTC members with kid friendly dogs!
CSTC has planned a bikes and barkers parade on August 27 from 3 to 5 PM. The parade will assemble on the grassy area next to the pool (the playground)and stroll down and around a few streets. After the parade, we will gather back at the start location for an opportunity to visit with our York Center Fire department and a police officer from the DuPage County Sheriff’s department.
We encourage you to get creative and decorate your (non- motorized)wheels and dress up your dogs and join our community in sending our kids off to a great school year. If you don’t have a dog or wheels you can still join the fun as a spectator.
The Route will start by traveling up Avenue Vendome turning left onto Avenue Latour......then left onto Avenue Royale and left onto Avenue Normandy continuing on down to Avenue Château ending back at the grassy area next to the pool playground. Treats will be given out to all participants at the end of the parade.
A fire truck and police car will be parking in the pool parking lot to provide a safe location for the children to gather.  Children will need to park their wheels off of the street so please use the bike rack area or the area East of the basketball court. 
Since the children will be wheeling in the streets, it is important that the parade stay to the right on all streets so an open lane of traffic can continue when necessary. 
All children participating must have adult supervision in attendance.
