The Chambord Homeowners Community Watch page provides Chambord residents with access to names, phone numbers and links to helpful information.
 
As a part of the Chambord homeowner community, we ask for everyone to be our eyes, ears, and voice in reporting suspicious or unsafe activity
 
 Activities that Warrant Actions
  • Someone shouting for help
  • Someone looking in window of houses and parked cars-Property being taken out of houses where no one is at home 
  • Cars, vans or trucks moving slowly with no apparent destination or without lights
  • Inappropriate or suspicious behavior by walkers in our community
  • Vehicles driving down our streets recklessly or well beyond the posted speed limit.
 
 Where to report
  • Call the Sheriff’s Dept
  • 911 for crimes in progress or 630-407-2400 for all other incidents

What information is helpful
  • Give your name and address
  • Explain what happened
  • Briefly describe the suspect: sex and race, age, height, weight, hair color, clothing, and distinctive characteristics such as a beard, mustache, scars, tattoo, or accent
  • Describe the vehicle if one was involved; color, make model year, license plate and special features such as stickers.
  • If possible, take a photo
